Meridian Ledger Group LLC provides bookkeeping, payroll support, QuickBooks Online services, and financial reporting. We do not provide tax preparation or tax filing, and we do not provide legal, tax, audit, or investment advisory services. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, tax, audit, or investment advice, and nothing on this Site should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in those fields.
No professional relationship is created by this Site
Reading this Site, submitting the contact or newsletter form, or scheduling a consultation does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement that defines the scope, deliverables, and fees for the work. Until that agreement is in place, no obligation to perform services exists on either side.
Informational content
Descriptions of services, processes, timelines, and reporting on this Site are general and illustrative. Actual scope, duration, and pricing depend on the condition of your records and are confirmed in writing before work begins.

The complimentary 30-minute QuickBooks Health Check is an informal review offered at no cost and with no obligation. It is not an audit, an attestation engagement, a valuation, or a tax opinion, and it does not constitute a professional assurance of any kind. Recommendations made during the call are general observations based on a brief review, and you are free to act on them with any provider you choose.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to attempt unauthorized access to any system, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or harvest content or contact information for unsolicited communication, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property

Certification badges shown on this Site indicate credentials held by our founder and are used to identify those credentials only.
Third-party services and links
The Site embeds or links to third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling, Netlify for hosting and form handling, Google Fonts for typography, and Intuit’s ProAdvisor directory. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Communications and email
Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send account numbers, tax identification numbers, payroll detail, or other sensitive information by unencrypted email. Secure exchange methods are established during onboarding for engaged clients.

Disclaimer of warranties

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date, and it takes effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised terms.
