Meridian Ledger Group LLC (“Meridian Ledger Group,” “we,” “us”) provides bookkeeping, payroll support, QuickBooks Online services, and financial reporting to construction, real estate, and property management businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through meridianledgergroup.com, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Information we collect
- Information you provide directly. When you email us, call us, or schedule a consultation, you may provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, and a description of your bookkeeping needs.
- Scheduling information. Consultations are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly collects the information you enter into its booking form and processes it under its own privacy policy.
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you submit the email newsletter form in the site footer, your email address is collected through Netlify Forms and used only to send occasional bookkeeping and financial-operations updates. Every message includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing us.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records standard server request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of request for security and reliability purposes.
- Client financial records. For engaged clients, we access accounting data (such as a QuickBooks Online file) only as needed to perform the agreed scope of work.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.

Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The embedded Calendly scheduler and the Google Fonts stylesheet are loaded from third-party domains; those services may set cookies or log requests under their own policies when their content loads. The Calendly scheduler is loaded only when you scroll to the booking section.

How we protect information
Client financial data is handled using least-privilege access controls, secure document exchange, and encrypted cloud tools. Sensitive information is never requested or sent over unencrypted email. This website is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS enabled.
Data retention
Inquiry correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. Client engagement records are retained for the period required by our professional and contractual obligations, after which they are securely deleted or returned.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@meridianledgergroup.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. Requests to delete records that we are professionally or legally required to retain may be limited in scope.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Scope of services
