Meridian Ledger Group LLC (“Meridian Ledger Group,” “we,” “us”) provides bookkeeping, payroll support, QuickBooks Online services, and financial reporting to construction, real estate, and property management businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through meridianledgergroup.com, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Information we collect
- Information you provide directly. When you email us, call us, or schedule a consultation, you may provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, and a description of your bookkeeping needs.
- Scheduling information. Consultations are booked through Google Calendar appointment schedules, a third-party scheduling service provided by Google. Google collects the information you enter into its booking form and processes it under its own privacy policy.
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you submit the email newsletter form in the site footer, your email address is collected through Netlify Forms and used only to send occasional bookkeeping and financial-operations updates. Every message includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing us.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records standard server request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of request for security and reliability purposes.
- Client financial records. For engaged clients, we access accounting data (such as a QuickBooks Online file) only as needed to perform the agreed scope of work.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.
- To send newsletter updates to addresses submitted through the footer sign-up form.
- To deliver bookkeeping, payroll support, QuickBooks Online, and financial reporting services under an engagement.
- To maintain the security, integrity, and availability of this website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or financial information. We do not use your information for advertising or share it with advertising networks.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own. Third-party content is loaded from three places, each under its own policy. The Google Fonts stylesheet is requested on every page. The Google Calendar scheduler on our booking page is loaded only after you choose which type of review you want, and it runs inside its own frame. Our QuickBooks review pages also load the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel, which may set cookies and is used to measure how our own advertising performs; it is not loaded anywhere else on the site. You can block any of these with your browser settings or an extension, and the booking page still works.
Third-party services
- Netlify. Website hosting, content delivery, and form submission handling.
- Google Calendar appointment schedules. Consultation scheduling.
- Google Fonts. Typography delivery.
- Meta (Facebook) pixel. Advertising measurement on our QuickBooks review pages only.
- Intuit QuickBooks Online. Accounting platform used for client engagements.
Each of these providers maintains its own privacy policy governing the data it processes.
How we protect information
Client financial data is handled using least-privilege access controls, secure document exchange, and encrypted cloud tools. Sensitive information is never requested or sent over unencrypted email. This website is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS enabled.
Data retention
Inquiry correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. Client engagement records are retained for the period required by our professional and contractual obligations, after which they are securely deleted or returned.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@meridianledgergroup.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. Requests to delete records that we are professionally or legally required to retain may be limited in scope.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Scope of services
Meridian Ledger Group LLC provides bookkeeping, payroll support, QuickBooks Online services, and financial reporting. We do not provide tax preparation or tax filing, and we do not provide legal, tax, audit, or investment advisory services. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, audit, or investment advice.
