Meridian Ledger Group LLC was founded on a simple observation: the reason a growing business cannot answer basic financial questions is almost never effort. It is structure. Large finance organizations solved that problem decades ago. Most small businesses have never been given the same tools.
The Books Are Usually Fine. The Questions Are the Problem.
A contractor can tell you what is in the bank. Ask which of last year’s twelve jobs actually made money and the answer becomes a guess. An investor knows the portfolio is profitable overall, but not which building is carrying the one that is not. A property manager sends owner statements every month and quietly hopes nobody audits the rent roll against the ledger.
None of that comes from carelessness. It comes from a file that was set up to satisfy a bank feed rather than to answer a business question. Once the structure is wrong, no amount of diligent data entry fixes it — the reports simply cannot produce the answer, because the data was never captured in a form that contains it.
Meridian Ledger Group exists to fix that layer. Not to produce prettier reports from the same shape of data, but to change the shape of the data so the reports mean something.

Meet the Founder
Virander S Sardar
Virander S Sardar is the Founder and CEO of Meridian Ledger Group LLC and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor Gold with more than 10 years of experience in enterprise finance systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. Meridian was created to give growing businesses the financial clarity, organized records and meaningful insights needed to make confident decisions.
Enterprise finance is an unforgiving environment to learn in. Reconciliations are not optional, the chart of accounts has to reflect how the operation actually runs, and every number in a report has to be traceable back to a source document. Systems that size do not tolerate “close enough” — and the habits that come from working in them do not switch off at a smaller scale.
What became obvious over those years is that the discipline is portable but the tooling is not. A construction company with nine active jobs has exactly the same need for job-level cost visibility as an enterprise with nine hundred. It just needs that visibility delivered inside QuickBooks Online, at a cost that makes sense, by someone who has seen what good looks like.
That is the whole idea behind Meridian Ledger Group: the structure and rigor of enterprise finance, applied at the scale of a business that is still growing into it.

How We Work
Four Things We Do Not Compromise On
These are not slogans. They are the reasons an engagement either works or does not.
Reconciled before reported
A report that has not been reconciled is an opinion. Bank and credit-card accounts tie to the statement before anything is sent to you, every month, without exception. If something does not tie, you hear about it in the close email rather than discovering it in April.
Structure built around your operation
The chart of accounts should look like your business, not like a template. Jobs for contractors. Properties and entities for real estate. Units, owners, and deposits for property management. Get that right and the reporting mostly builds itself.
Answers in plain language
You should never need an accounting vocabulary to understand your own numbers. Reports come with the context that explains what changed and what it means, and questions get a direct answer rather than a referral to a footnote.
Clear boundaries on scope
We do bookkeeping, payroll support, QuickBooks Online work, and financial reporting. We do not prepare or file tax returns, and we do not provide legal, tax, audit, or investment advice. What we do produce is a file your CPA or tax professional can work from directly.
Scope of services: Meridian Ledger Group LLC provides bookkeeping, payroll support, QuickBooks Online services, and financial reporting. We do not provide tax preparation or tax filing, and we do not provide legal, tax, audit, or investment advisory services. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, audit, or investment advice.
Who We Serve
Three Industries, Deliberately
Specializing narrowly is what makes the work fast. These three industries share one trait: cost has to be traceable to a job, a property, or an entity, or the reporting is meaningless.
Construction
Construction & Contractors
Job-level cost visibility, subcontractor and vendor payables, retainage, and payroll support built for crews and changing schedules.
Bring your QuickBooks Online file. We will look at how it is structured, where the reporting breaks down, and what it would take to fix it. No cost, no obligation — and the recommendations are yours to keep whether or not you work with us.
