Before You Book
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The 30-minute QuickBooks Health Check is complimentary. There is no fee, no card required, and no charge if you decide not to work with us.
Is there any obligation?
None. Nothing is signed on the call and there is no follow-up sales sequence. The recommendations are yours to keep and act on however you choose — including with another bookkeeper or your own team.
Do I need to already use QuickBooks Online?
No. If you are on QuickBooks Desktop, spreadsheets, or another system entirely, the call is still useful. We will look at how you record activity today and talk through what a move to QuickBooks Online would involve.
What should I prepare before the meeting?
Nothing is required. If you want a deeper review, have QuickBooks Online open to screen share, or bring a recent Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. Coming with only your questions works too.
Do you provide tax filing?
No. Meridian Ledger Group LLC provides bookkeeping, payroll support, QuickBooks Online services, and financial reporting. We do not provide tax preparation or tax filing, and we do not provide legal, tax, audit, or investment advisory services. We work alongside your CPA or tax preparer and give them clean, reconciled books to work from.
My books are years behind. Is that still worth a call?
